Otto Licks and Eduardo Hallak are recognized by World IP Leaders 2017

Otto Licks “is one of the founders and partner at Licks Attorneys, a law firm with 125 employees, and is a frequent contributor to the World IP Review. He has more than 20 years of experience, advising clients in areas such as intellectual property, life sciences, antitrust litigation, technology and data protection. His focus covers industries including pharmaceuticals, biologics, agrichemicals, telecommunications, medical devices, IT and oil and gas. Eduardo Hallak, “works as a partner at Licks Attorneys and has been there since its founding in 2011. He focuses primarily on regulation, patents, trademarks, copyright, technology transfer, trade secrets, anti counterfeiting and licensing with an emphasis on life sciences. Hallak is a member of AIPPI, INTA and AIPLA. In 2005, he graduated with his LLB from the Rio de Janeiro State University. He also teaches the postgraduation course at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Hallak has penned two WIPR articles, on copyright and data package protection in Brazil.”
