We have proudly hosted our Third Breakfast Roundtable - Controversial Aspects of the Brazilian General Data Protection Act, led by our partner, Alexandre Dalmasso and our attorney Douglas Leite. The discussion unraveled the lessons learned from the first year of GDPR, which inspired its creation and approval, the challenges on the implementation of a LGPD compliance project and how to overcome it, and important definitions settled on the final text of the Act.
