Deborah Lopes

Deborah Lopes is the head of Licks’ trademark prosecution team. Although she has started her career in patents, her experience as an in-house senior attorney at a leading Brazilian jewelry company has leaded her to gain a lot of experience and knowledge on the trademark field. Mrs. Lopes’ practice has also been focused on copyright, infringement and counterfeiting matters, besides litigation of patent regulatory compliance and unfair competition.
