Juliana Neves is a partner at Licks Attorneys, based in our São Paulo Office. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Neves is an expert in intellectual property and administrative law. Ms. Neves deals with complex litigation and leading cases involving patent law, regulatory compliance and administrative law, mostly defending the interests of clients in the Life Sciences area. Juliana Neves is also experienced with trademark litigation and unfair competition cases. Before joining Licks Attorneys in 2014, Ms. Neves worked at prominent law firms representing large national and international companies in disputes over governmental contracts and public bids, contesting or defending their regularity. Juliana holds a masters degree (LLM) with the University of Chicago Law School and has specialization in intellectual property law from PUC-RJ and in public bids and public agreements with FGV-RJ.
