Thiago Marins Vivacqua Ruschi joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as a paralegal in 2014 and became an attorney at law in 2015. Thiago began his career in the public service, before joining a prominent Brazilian law firm, where he started litigating in the areas of consumer and civil law. Mr. Ruschi has acted in cases relating to competition law and intellectual property, mainly focused on patent infringement and validity litigation concerning the telecommunications and pharmaceuticals industries.
