Frederico Aldecoa is a Mechanical Engineer and Patent Specialist who joined Licks Attorneys´ Rio de Janeiro office in 2020. His practice focuses on prosecution of invention patents, utility models and industrial designs. He analyses written opinions issued by the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO) and provides clients with optimal strategies to respond to said written opinions. Frederico has vast knowledge of the Brazilian Patent Statue as well as official BRPTO´s ordinances, normative instructions and examination guidelines.
