BRPTO extends deadlines related to industrial designs to 2025

On December 31, 2024, the BRPTO published a Notice in its Official Gazette #2817, informing that the ongoing problems with the exhibition of some industrial designs still have not been resolved. The BRPTO expects to adress these problems by February 28, 2025.

The BRPTO also reported that failures in the BUSCAWEB system persist, leaving some data and documents related to industrial designs from the Hague System unavailable. The new deadline for resolving these issues is likewise February 28, 2025.
