BRPTO extends terms due to issues with new payment slip issuance system

In a statement published this Tuesday, August 26, in its Official Gazette #2851, the BRPTO announced that terms falling between August 11 and 22, 2025, will be automatically extended to August 26, 2025. This measure is due to technical issues encountered during the implementation of the new payment slip (GRU) issuance system.

Among the technical issues observed, the BRPTO cites the issuance of payment slips without the application number and e-mail validation errors during the registration stage.
