Our partner Carlos Aboim spoke yesterday at the Fordham IP Conference 2023, held by the Fordham IP Institute at the Fordham Law School. Aboim was a panelist on the "Frand Developments and Frand in Year Ahead" panel, sharing the recent developments in Frand and SEP litigation and what we can expect to see in Frand rate setting in the year ahead.

He shared the panel with panelists Ari Laakonen, from Powell Gilbert LLP; Thomas Pease, from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP; Cordula Schumacher,  from Arnold Ruess; Wolrad Waldeck, from Freshfields Bruchhaus Deringer LLP, and Prof. Tom Cotter, from the University of Minnesota Law School. The panel was moderated by Prof. Mark A. Cohen, from the University of California.
