Licks Attorneys’ partner and retired Federal Appellate Judge Liliane Roriz will speak on the topic of 20 years past the enactment of the new Brazilian Intellectual Property Statute (Statute #9,279/1996) during the second discussion panel on the ‘Twenty Years of the Brazilian IP Statute.’ The discussion will take place on June 3, 2016, from 9 am-6:30 pm, at the hall of the Federal Appellate Court for the 2nd Circuit (TRF2) at Rua do Acre, 80, Praça Mauá, Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
