André Noll Barreto has been Head of Patents at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2024. Mr. Barreto has over 25-year experience in the telecommunications field, spanning both industry and academia, where he has been involved with patent development and regulatory cases. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, including four granted international patents and six that have been filed.
