Eriça Tomimaru has been an attorney at Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office since 2025. Her practice focuses on the enforcing and protecting of intellectual property rights, including patents, plant varieties, trademarks, unfair competition, and related legal matters. Mrs. Tomimaru advises both domestic and international clients across a range of industries, offering strategic guidance in IP litigation and helping clients safeguard their innovations and creative assets in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market.

She holds a LL.B. from Alta Paulista Law School in Tupã and completed her postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Superior Law School. In addition to her academic qualifications in Brazil, Mrs. Tomimaru has also pursued international education, having completed the International Trade Theory and International Law program at Fukushima University in Japan. She further enhanced her expertise in intellectual property by participating in the JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Protection Lawyers, organized by the Japan Patent Office.
