As the Head Coordinator at 4iP Council (Belgium), Ms. Passoni led the organization’s activities, driving the creation of high-quality academic insights and empirical studies on IP and innovation. Her work engaged several stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, business leaders of all sizes, educators, and students. Ms. Passoni excelled in managing initiatives that shaped informed decision-making across sectors. Before her tenure at 4iP Council, Ms. Passoni worked in the Legal Affairs & trategic Projects Department at Nexi Payments (Italy), where she advised inhouse IT teams and business units on forging strategic partnerships while ensuring compliance with IP, data protection, and antitrust regulations. She also has experience advising clients across industries on IP rights through her previous roles in corporate environments. Fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese, Ms. Passoni’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil and a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Law of Internet and Technology from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
