Fernando Cavaleiro is the HR and Corporate Affairs Director at Licks Attorneys since 2019. After graduating with law degree in 2002, he worked for 6 years as an attorney at law at a renowned law firm in Brazil. In 2006, Mr. Cavaleiro was invited to launch the department of legal recruitment at a leading multinational executive search firm. For 13 years, he dedicated his work in advising law firms on all kinds of HR issues, including searching for attorneys and partners, engagement surveys, rewards and benefits, as well as assessments and development of leaders.
