Flavio Buzanovsky joined Licks Attorney’s Rio de Janeiro office as an attorney in 2018. After spending a brief period at another prominent law firm, Mr. Buzanovsky returned to Licks Attorneys in November, 2024.

Having extensive experience in the technology sector, Mr. Buzanovsky advises clients on strategic and complex litigation cases involving innovation, regulatory matters, civil law, and regulation of social networks and new technologies.

Mr. Buzanovsky also supports companies navigating Brazil’s regulatory landscape, offering consultancy services that include regulatory analysis, risk assessment, and guidance on launching new products and services. In the privacy and data protection field, he helps clients achieve and maintain compliance with Brazilian data protection regulations, providing tailored advice and solutions.

Additionally, he has solid experience in Law Enforcement and Trust & Safety matters, providing legal assistance in structuring law enforcement programs, reviewing government requests, and facilitating outreach with law enforcement authorities. He was also responsible for providing training to over 1,000 Brazilian public security authorities on cybercrime investigation.
