Isabella Bonisolo joined Licks Attorneys as a paralegal in 2013,becoming attorney at law in 2014, and is currently an associate at Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office. Ms. Bonisolo focuses her practice on intellectual property protection, counseling, and enforcement on matters such patents, trademarks, unfair competition, copyrights and related matters. Prior to joining the firm, she has also gained experience as an intern at a prominent Brazilian law firm, working with trademark prosecution and availability counseling. As an attorney at Licks Attorneys, she began working with trademark and copyright disputes, and since 2017 has been focusing on complex lawsuits before the Brazilian Courts, concerning patent validity and infringement and regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical and agrobusiness industries.
