Mr. Bulcão holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and is set to complete his postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the same institution in 2025. His background includes handling complex IP and technology-related disputes, as well as advising companies on legal challenges in fast-evolving markets.
