Priscila Moreira Figueiredo is a patent specialist at Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office since 2019. Prior to joining Licks Attorneys, Ms. Figueiredo worked for five years at a prominent law firm where she handled the patent portfolio of large multinational companies. Her practice has been focusing on patent prosecution and IP technical consulting, such as opinions on the patentability, validity, patent infringement, and freedom-to-operate involving technologies in the areas of chemistry, pharmaceutics, and biotechnology, as well as patent application drafting. In addition, Ms. Figueiredo provides technical assistance in lawsuits involving patent and patent applications.
