Ricardo Pinto has been an electrical and electronics engineer at Licks Attorneys Rio de Janeiro office since 2020. Mr. Pinto has over 40 years of experience working in both public and private companies in the telecommunications sector. His fields of expertise are transmission, mobile cellular telephony, laboratory, and new networking technologies. He was also a manager at Telefônica Brasil company in various areas of the Mobile Network (Technology, Laboratory, Terminals, Planning, and Operation) from 1998 to 2018.
