Today, April 16^th, 2024, the BRPTO published Ordinance #15/2024 in the Official Gazette #2780, which extends the deadline suspension for filing divisional applications (BR 32) in response to office action. The suspended period comprises from April 1^st, 2024, to April 30^th, 2024.
