On March 5th, 2024, the BRPTO published Ordinance #5/20241 in the Official Gazette #2774, which extends the deadline suspension for presenting certified priority documents within the Hague Agreement designation. The deadline will resume on April 1st, 2024.Furthermore, deadlines for filing applications or any petitions related to industrial design applications under the Hague Agreement (BR 31) and divisional applications (BR 32), are also suspended from March 1st, 2024, to March 31st, 2024, under Ordinance #6/2024, published in the same Gazette.
