The BRPTO invited public opinion for the second edition of the Industrial Design Handbook through the Federal Register of November 7, 2022. The invitation was also issued in the BRPTO’s Official gazette #2705, of November 8, 2022.

The second edition of the Industrial Design Handbook will be available at the BRPTO website and will be open for comments and/or suggestions until December 7, 2022 (end of the consultation period).

After the deadline for the submission of comments and/or suggestions, the BRPTO will publish its reply to the inputs received during the public consultation, together with the final text of the Industrial Design Handbook.
